The Seller and Buyer are collectively known as “parties”.

This dog is being sold as “PET QUALITY”. This simply refers to the dog being sold as a
Pet and Companion unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
Terms:
Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog. Payment can be
made in
cash, money order or certified draft. If you should pay by a personal check the breeder has
the
right to hold the registration papers until your check clears.
Health Guarantee:
The Seller certifies that, upon the receipt, the dog is in good health and has been
immunized and de-wormed according to the accompanying health record of said dog.

These conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid reason to reject the dog
due to these conditions.
Buyer Signs:_____________________________________________________________
The Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by his/her veterinarian at their own expense
within 3 days from the date of purchase. If your vet does not give a clean bill of health, the
buyer must notify the seller immediately. The Seller then reserves the right to have the dog
re-examined by our vet, at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed
related minor condition is not covered. A condition, which could go away, or is a condition
that the dog will likely grow out of, is not covered. Typical skin conditions that are common
in Bulldogs include: Pyroderma, Skin Fold Pyroderma, Ringworm, Puppy Dermatitis,
Demodectic Mange, Sarcoptic Mange, Entropion Eyelids, Impetigo, and Acne.
These conditions can be corrected with proper treatment and are not covered.
If the dog is examined within 3 days of the date of purchase and is found not to be in good
health, the Seller will resume possession and the Buyer will receive the first available
replacement pup of equal quality.
The Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after the first
week of purchase. Pathological spinal disorder is covered for one year from the date of
purchase with the same conditions as above in affect. Hereditary heart disorders are
covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Your dog has been examined for many conditions to assure his/her health. Heat stroke,
exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way.
These problems can all be avoided with proper care and attention on the part of the owner.
Remember that a dog can overheat quickly and easily and may die as a result of overheating.
He/She must be an indoor dog!!!!
The Buyer’s Responsibility:
The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly (indoors),
maintain shots, and control the dog when in public and when off the premises of the dog’s home.
The Breeder has instructed the Buyer as to which food/diet the puppy is on at the present time.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to feed the puppy as instructed. Moving to a new home can cause
a lot of stress to the puppy and if its diet is changed, there can be adverse effects.
The Breeder is not responsible for these adverse effects if the Buyer decides to switch this
Puppy’s food and or diet against the advice of the Breeder.
The dog’s outdoor area must be secure, preferably fenced, or acceptable provisions must be
made to assure the dog is safe and comfortable anytime he/she is outdoors.
The Buyer agrees to give this dog the proper physical and emotional care and welfare.
The Buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as it’s primary housing. If the dog is found to
be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance or found to be neglected,
abused, or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions, the Seller has the right to
repossession of this dog with no refund to the Buyer. The death, injury, or loss of said dog
due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle
the Buyer to any compensation from the seller.
If this dog should die within the first six months of purchase, the Buyer must have a narcoptic
report done and a copy of this report must be provided for the Seller.
This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other
purpose or reasons.
No warranty is given to the Buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not
to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill,
dog farm or other mass-producing or money making operations.

In the event this Buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer the
Seller the first chance to take this dog back. In the event the Seller chooses not to take this
dog back and the dog is resold, the Buyer must notify the Seller with the new name, address,
and phone number of the new owner.
The Buyer agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company or establishment.
Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the Buyers expense.
All disputes must be settled in the home state of the Seller.
